NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING:

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit – Located at 1243 W 1800 N

(North Field Neighborhood)

Public Hearing to consider the request of Michele Miller for a conditional use permit to allow the expansion of a nonconforming single-family dwelling on property located at 1243 West 1800 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.

 

Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit – Located at 75 S 500 E

(Scratch Gravel Neighborhood)

Public Hearing to consider the request of Karen Aland for a conditional use permit to allow a fence, 8 feet in height, along the north and east property lines of a property located at 75 South 500 East in the R1-7 (Single-family Residential) Zone.

Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat – Located at 844 S 800 W

Public Hearing to consider the request of Mark Johnson for a 1-lot, consolidated preliminary subdivision plat called Grovecrest Business Plat ‘A’ on property located at 844 South 800 West in the Business and Manufacturing Park (BMP) Zone.

Public Hearing: Vicinity Plan Amendment – Located at Approx. 2024 N 600 W

(North Field Neighborhood)

Public Hearing to consider the request of Lance Miller to amend the vicinity plan for the future local road layout affecting properties on the east side of 600 West from 2124 North to 1800 North in the

R-R (Rural Residential) Zone.

Public Hearing: City Code Amendment – Section 10-12B-7: Yard Requirements

(Manufacturing Distribution Zone)

Public Hearing to consider the request of Paul Washburn to amend City Code Section 10-12B-7: Yard Requirements. The proposed amendment aims to reduce side yard setbacks for narrow lots in the Manufacturing Distribution (MD) Zone.
