During the November 2016 elections, the citizens of Pleasant Grove approved a Public Safety Facilities Bond. This bond will provide funding for a new Fire Station and Police/Courts building.
The Architectural firm of JRCA was selected to provide the Architectural services for the buildings. They are currently in the design process.
A Big D has been sourced as the Construction Manager/General Contractor and is working very closely through the design process. Big D will provide the construction and oversight of this large project.
There is considerable excitement surrounding this project, as this is the first time in the history of Pleasant Grove City that fully designed, purpose built fire and police facilities will have been built.
Please check back often. This page will be updated with news, information and videos as the project progresses.

The site ground work has been completed, and the footings for the fire station have been poured. The underground plumbing and electrical installation is the next phase.
In the next few weeks we should see an increase in activity on the site. Once the plumber and electrician are finished with the initial underground work, the foundation will be poured and the masonry will begin. The weather has been good for construction until now.
With the footings in, you can begin to get a feel for the layout of the fire station.
