PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday April 18, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers 86 East 100 South, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s):
Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed Pleasant Grove City Fiscal Year 2016/2017 Budget Amendment to reflect actual and anticipated expenditures for a land purchase at 399 South Locust Avenue in the amount of $278,500, with the funding source being Parks & Recreation Impact Fees and amending the Fee Schedule to include proposed Engineering Inspection fees.
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending Section 11-15 Inspection Fee Provisions, including a fee for testing and inspection in the Pleasant Grove City Code; and providing for an effective date.
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code 10-15-14 F & G: Flag Lots. The request is to amend the stem and common stem development standards by increasing the maximum length allowed for a common stem, as well as the number of lots that can be served by a common stem, only for landlocked properties in the R-R (Rural Residential) and A-1 (Agriculture) zones. Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to amend the previously adopted Annexation Declaration Policy Plan in order to include a 0.574 acre parcel located at 4087 N. Canyon Road into the designated annexation areas of the city. (Dennis Thayne, Applicant)
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to adjust the boundaries of Pleasant Grove City and Cedar Hills City by annexing a 0.574 acre parcel designated in the Annexation Policy Plan, located at 4087 N. Public Hearing to consider to for adoption an Ordinance amending the Pleasant Grove City General Plan Land Use Map for 1.67 acres located at 1783 W 1100 N from the land use designation of Medium Density residential to

Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to rezone 7.53 acres on properties located at 1783, 1807, 1841, and 1855 W 1100 N from R1-8 (Single Family Residential) to P-O (Professional Office). (Greg Larsen, Applicant)
Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance to rezone approximately 4 acres from Downtown Village Zone – Commercial Subdistrict to Downtown Village Zone – Transitional Subdistrict on the north portion of the property located at approximately 350 West Center Street. (Pleasant Grove City Applicant)
