Mike Daniels lived most of his young life in Hawaii. He attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah and BYU Hawaii, studying computer science and accounting. Aside from elected city positions, Mike also served as a volunteer board member for John Hancock Charter School and was the General Coordinator for the Novell Children's Discovery Park from 1995 to 1996. His professional background is varied, and he currently is the owner/operator of Water Gardens TheatresHe and his wife, Jane, are the parents of six children.
Department head at TechLaw Ventures, an international Intellectual Property and technology law firm, Ben Stanley has extensive experience representing global industry leaders, international technology businesses, and public companies in multi-billion dollar disputes and transactions. Mr. Stanley has represented major corporations in a variety of industries, including airlines, healthcare, medical waste disposal, pharmaceuticals, sporting goods, cloud computing, real estate, financing, education, insurance, consumer electronics, and software.
A graduate magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, Mr. Stanley served as an executive board member of both the Law Review and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society, developing and integrating new technologies in online article tracking and publication as well as computer assisted mediation of conflicts.
Mr. Stanley possesses a rare depth and breadth of intellectual property licensing and litigation expertise, has handled sophisticated bankruptcy matters, securities disputes including shareholder derivative suits and class action claims, and defended officers and directors of international companies in depositions and governmental investigations. He has published and practiced in cutting-edge areas of electronic discovery, and has managed teams of talented attorneys in all aspects of trial, motion practice, arbitrations, mediations, and creative settlements. He has resolved lengthy disputes with mergers, acquisitions, tender offers, and ongoing joint ventures of previously litigious parties. His philosophy involves building value and strengthening the negotiation positions of his clients with aggressive, honest, and professional engagement of all available tools of civil procedure and paving the path to whatever result the client deems in its best interest, whether that be victory at trial in state or federal court, an efficient and favorable settlement, or something in between, while preserving and improving key business relationships.
Mr. Stanley has prepared, defended, and deposed expert witnesses in various aspects of technology and intellectual property litigation, overseen local counsel and other firms in multi-jurisdictional and complex lawsuits, and retained and coordinated third-parties in matters ranging from trail exhibits and other graphics to expert testimony and document processing.
Ben's other passions include politics, where he has provided election law compliance and other legal and policy contributions to leading presidential and gubernatorial campaigns. He has served in various local elected positions and is currently a member of the City Council of Pleasant Grove, Utah. On the Council he advocates accountability, integrity, transparency, ability, and efficiency . . . fighting to bring deepest qualifications and thoughtful solutions to business growth, forward planning, public safety, and financial discipline that focuses city activities on the will of the people and lightening the burdens of residents.
Ben also enjoys teaching, and he has presented CLE courses as far away as Hawaii, taught mediation and logic classes at BYU, and coached high school students in California for mock trial competitions.
He married Rebekah Snow, a gifted chemist, physicist, and longtime violinist in the Pleasant Grove City Orchestra, in the Mount Timpanogos temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and they raise three adorable young children together in Pleasant Grove.

Cyd LeMone is a life-long Pleasant Grove resident. She attended Grovecrest Elementary, Pleasant Grove Junior High, and Pleasant Grove High School. Cyd received a Bachelor Degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University where she was employed in the Financial Aid Department for 12 years. Through her employment at the University, she gained an appreciation for helping students to reach their higher educational goals. Her love for education inspired Cyd to become involved with her children's' elementary school where she has served on the Valley View Elementary PTA for four years
including the position of PTA President during 2010-2011.
While she considers academic education a priority, her greatest education in life has come from lessons learned while raising three young boys with her husband, Ryan. She is excited for the future of Pleasant Grove and hopes to be an example of civic and community service to not only her children, but young families and all residents of Pleasant Grove. Serving on the city council would allow Cyd to give back to the community that has shaped her life and give her the opportunity to make a difference for generations to come.
Dianna grew up traveling the world as an Air Force brat. She graduated from Bountiful High School in 1979. At BYU-Idaho, BYU Hawaii and Weber State she studied Youth Leadership & Recreation Management. She also served on staff at BYU helping direct Survival Programs for Youth. She served a mission for the LDS Church in Argentina in 1982. In 1992, she and her husband Orrin, settled in Pleasant Grove and began raising their seven children. She has served on the Utah Valley Convention and Visitors Bureau Board. She is presently serving on the UVU Wolverine Athletic Board. For 3 years, she served on the PG Planning Commission. She and her husband have owned Design Spectrum since 1991. They design, build, install and dismantle custom exhibits for trade shows.
She enjoys watching and playing basketball, soccer and golf. She LOVES family time . . . especially if it involves ‘playing’.

Eric Jensen, is originally from Twin Falls, Id. He attended College of Southern Idaho and Utah Valley State College studying in Business Management. He has served on the Downtown Adversary Committee, Little Denmark Chair, Planning Commission, Planning Commission Chair and Strawberry Days Committee. He loves serving the community and is currently filling in as the interim City Council member for the remainder of this year (2015). Eric and his family enjoy getting out and exploring PG’s incredible history, activities and sports. He is excited for Pleasant Grove, and is ready to assist our great community in this new role. Serving on the City Council is about giving back to this amazing community we all call home and holds countless opportunities for all of its residents. Eric and his wife Valerie have lived in PG for 24 yrs., and have raised all 3 of their children here and are expecting their first grandchild in August.
Lynn Walker was born in Spanish Fork, Utah. His father worked in the sugar beet industry for a few years and then settled in Heber City Utah until 1954 when the family moved to Pleasant Grove where his Father took a job teaching school at Pleasant Grove High School. Lynn's ties run deep in the city of Pl. Grove and Lindon. His 3 times great grandfather, Henson Walker, was one of the first pioneer settlers in Pl Grove, where he served as Mayor, also Bishop for many years. Lynn attended school in Pl Grove and graduated from the High School. He was very active in sports, playing football, baseball, and running track. Lynn worked for Gibbons/Granite Co for some 38 years, retiring for a summer, then was asked to work for Pl Grove city as the Public Works Director, which he just retired from in May after 14 years. Lynn is married to the former Linda McCausland, they have five children, most all living in Pl Grove, 23 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
